Travel

  • All attendees are responsible of booking and paying for their own flights.
  • (AUS) Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the closest airport to Austin Marriott Downtown. It’s only 15 minutes away!
  • Each guest will be responsible of booking and paying for their own transportation to and from the airport to hotel.
  • The hotel does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport.
  • A valid passport is required for any guests flying in from outside of the US.
  • Typical wait times for 12+ weeks – if you do not have a passport, please apply here
  • TSA is not keen on accepting travelers to fly if passport is within 6 months of expiring.
  • Plus Ones are not allowed to the Sales Summit

  • Daily high temperatures increaseby 2°F, from 62°F to 64°F, rarely falling below 45°F or exceeding 76°F. The lowest daily average high temperature is 61°F on January 5.

Expenses

  • Guests are responsible for their own flights, transportation, and additional room nights outside of Wednesday, January 10th and Thursday, January 11th room nights.
  • Payroc will provide lodging for Wednesday, January 10th and Thursday, January 11th room night, along with food and beverage throughout our 3-day event.

  • Payroc is covering (2) room nights for all registered attendees (check-in Wednesday, January 10th, check-out Friday, January 12th)
